7-day easy returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing photo or video. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This will be noted on the product page where applicable.
